We have recently found out about a great project called Help-Portrait started by the famous American photographer Jeremy Cowart. There is a campaign created on Favorfly.com, for people from Zagreb, CROATIA that wish to help out on the 12th Dec. 2009 here (you need to register).
Help Portrait is a movement of photographers who are using their time, equipment and expertise to give back to those who are less fortunate this holiday season.
